Then they suggest that they are break uk remote selling legislation. Horrible. I won't use this company again in the near future until their support is sorted and their business ethics refined. You don't do business this way or end up with no customers. Word of advice ... One happy is worth two unhappy and the unhappy ones are pretty easy to solve. Disappointed.
